Preparation with the Gel Mix Flask 350 ml 

• Fill the Flask with 200 ml of water up to the mark.
• To suit your personal taste, first add the desired ingredient and shake.
• Gel Mix 480 Pour the contents from the packet into the Flask.
• Shake vigorously again until it is completely dissolved.
• Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before consuming it.
