This sports drink provides the two essential minerals potassium and magnesium, as well as the trace elements iron and zinc, in an optimized blend with rapidly available carbohydrates. While iron supports normal oxygen transport, zinc and vitamin C help protect cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium is important for electrolyte balance and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Together with potassium—which helps maintain normal blood pressure—both minerals contribute to the normal functioning of muscles and nerves. The additional B vitamins support energy metabolism.

Directions

1–2 servings daily, as needed, after training or competition. One serving consists of 2 heaping measuring spoons (approx. 36 g of powder) or 1 single-serving packet dissolved in 500 ml of water. The beverage should be consumed immediately after mixing.
