The branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine) may also reduce mental fatigue and decrease muscle damage.

Suggested Use:

While GU Energy Gels are designed for endurance sports, they can be used anytime you need energy for a workout, regardless of the type of workout. GU recommends taking an energy gel 5 minutes before activity and every 45 minutes during exercise. In addition, 750 to 1000 ml of fluid should be consumed per hour. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The product must be stored out of reach of young children.
