Puky Training Wheels

The Puky training wheels are suitable for 12, 16 or 18 inch Puky bike models.

For the models:

• 12 for all 12" bikes (e.g. Z2 / ZL12 / STEEL 12 / STEEL CLASSIC 12 / YOUKE 12)
• ST Z for all bikes with 16" and 18" tires (e.g. Z 6 / Z 8 / STEEL 16 / STEEL 18 / STEEL CLASSIC 16 / STEEL CLASSIC 18)

Recommendations on training wheels: Cycling starts with mastering your balance, which can be trained much more intensively without training wheels. Therefore, training wheels should only be used for a short familiarization phase and should be removed as soon as possible. If children ride with training wheels all the time, they adopt an unhealthy, laterally inclined sitting position as they "lean" on the training wheels. For training without training wheels, PUKY recommends the FLH universal bicycle learning aid.
