Each paddle is fitted with a neon orange panel in the thumb area to allow the swimmer to focus on their technique and be sure that the thumb or fore finger enters the water first. This is an important technique point to ensure that the hand enters the water with the least resistance and the rest of the hand enters smoothly during shoulder and hip rotation.

The hand paddles are made from polypropylene making them extremely durable, lightweight and flexible. There is a raised area on the palm to support the natural shape of your hand and a wide range of strap configurations to ensure a comfortable fit.
