Fascia training or fascia massage: BLACKROLL® has the right massage roller for every need. With the MED, a fascia roller was developed that is significantly softer than the STANDARD fascia roller. Thus, the massage roller is not only suitable for beginners, but also for people who want to perform fascia training as gently as possible. Due to the lower hardness, the fascia massage with the MED is much more pleasant than with the STANDARD fascia roller. In contrast to the STANDARD, the soft, environmentally friendly material of the MED exerts a decidedly gentle pressure on the tissue. The massage is therefore less intense, the muscles are massaged particularly gently.
Since the MED is much softer than the STANDARD fascia roller, self-massage is also easier. Fascia adhesions can be released with the MED just as gently as tensions, in order to improve the mobility of your muscles. If you perform the self-massage regularly and use it specifically, you stimulate the regeneration of your muscles, so that tensions and fascial adhesions can not arise in the first place.
As with all BLACKROLL® fascia rollers, you can also vary the intensity with the MED: Play with your body weight to make the massage a little stronger or less intense. The exercises with the BLACKROLL® MED are not only incredibly simple and effective - they are also fun. The training takes only a few minutes a day, so you can use the massage roller in between. Correct execution of the exercises should always be in the foreground. To make the training as varied as possible, you can use the MED on the floor and on the wall as well as on the table to massage your muscles with gentle movements.
