The first choice for carbon and fragile aluminium steerers. Replaces the star nut and does not harm the steerer tube because the expander clamping mechanism spreads the forces evenly. For forks with 1 1/8" carbon and aluminium steerers.

Always use an expander for carbon steerers to prevent damaging the carbon fibers.
