Xenofit energy bar supports the recommendation of the DGE (German Society for Nutrition) to cover more than 50% of the energy requirement with carbohydrates. Oat flakes are an important component of all flavors. The addition of flavor-enhancing fat and artificial colourings is avoided. In addition, Xenofit energy bar contains important vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins B1, B2, B6 and niacin, which are necessary for energy metabolism, as well as the "sportsman mineral" magnesium and the "bone mineral" calcium. Among other things, magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and exhaustion. Calcium is needed for healthy bones.

Usage:

One hour before and during the sports performance. 1 - 4 bars per day, more if required.
