The Shimano engineers have dealt intensively with the enormous forces that act in Gravity disciplines on the crank and decided on a steel axle and pedal threaded sleeves made of steel to take into account. Nevertheless, it was possible to undercut the weight of the previous Saint crank by using the HOLLOWTECH II technology and a lighter four-arm spider design again.
The Saint crank impresses with its extreme load capacity and its particularly durable axle made of steel. In addition, the pedal threaded bushings are also made of steel. The revised crank star with screw caps, provides a clean look. Through a wide selection of chainrings (not included) results in a wide ratio range, which predestines the crank also for all-mountain, freeride and dirt use.
Only for BSA bottom bracket 68 or 73mm and 10-speed gear!
