Even with half the amount of studs the Schwalbe Winter Active provides an excellent control on the winter's ice. Only in extreme cornering his big brother Marathon Winter is superior to him. With a carcass of 50 threads per inch, it is the ideal winter tires. All Schwalbe studs have a core of extremely durable tungsten carbide. The base body is made of galvanized steel.

The 28" version counts 120 (40-635 and 35-622), 118 (30-622) or 116 (42-622) studs. With K-Guard puncture protection and Black-Reflex stripes for best visibility.
