Softshell vest with a minimalist design for riders who value speed, including a windproof/water-repellent, three-layer front for maximum protection of the body center during racing and training rides in winter.
Unlike a conventional wafer-thin emergency wind vest, the aero vest was explicitly designed for the very specific requirements of competition. The aim is to enable top performance in constantly changing weather conditions. Assos has designed a model that can be easily combined with the other layers and at the same time has a sleek profile.
Features of the Assos DYORA RS Aero spring fall cycling vest for women
- It started with a highly technical, three-layer softshell fabric called 2XS on the front and a lighter, more breathable fabric on the back. This push-pull fabric has already proven its worth in the production of the jersey pockets. 2XS is a flexible, membrane-lined fabric that blocks out cool wind and spray while trapping precious body heat around your midsection. The open knit structure of the Push Pull material is extremely stretchy and lightweight, creating a breathable and moisture-wicking back panel from top to bottom.
- A model made for competitions, with no frills: less bulk and an aerodynamic profile thanks to open-edged seams and pre-shaped fabric sections throughout, plus seamless combination with arm warmers and other textiles.
- Double-Slider Zipper: A sealed zipper with an open/close lock and a stabilizing anchor at the end for easy, one-handed operation. Easily adapts to the prevailing conditions thanks to the ability to open the zipper from the bottom for added breathability.
- Raw Cut: Seams and sleeves are raw-edged, creating a soft, aerodynamic design that can be seamlessly combined with other layers of clothing.
- Reflective Strip: A wide strip of reflective material runs vertically down the back to make you more visible.
