BlackChili Compound | It's all in the mix. With its unique rubber compound manufactured in Germany, Continental has revolutionized the cycling scene and provided a solution that emphasizes sustainability by answering the eternal question of grip versus rolling resistance. Vectran Breaker | The benchmark in puncture protection. Vectran is spun from the liquid crystal polymer Vectra. This creates a thermoplastic, multi-fiber yarn. This fabric is more cut-resistant than aramid and has five times the tensile strength of steel. A Vectran breaker is lighter, more flexible, and provides more effective protection against cuts than comparable nylon breakers. This does not have a negative effect on rolling resistance.

LazerGrip | Lets you become one with the road. The laser-cut micro-profile structure is concentrated in the shoulder area of the tires, giving you increased cornering grip.

Note: Tubeless Ready tires require tubeless compatible rims/wheels, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing fluid for tubeless mounting. Sealant fluid is not required for tubeless UST tires, but is recommended for increased puncture protection. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
