KMC chains are designed to be very slim. In addition to a lower weight, this design convinces with very smooth running and less chain jamming. The KMC X11R is one of the narrowest in its class and forgive it even if the rear derailleur is no longer precisely adjusted.
The extended Double X bridge ensures smooth shifting in every direction. Extra stretch proof, is a process in which all parts of the chain are specially hardened. This treatment greatly increases the life of the chain and makes the pins highly resistant to dust and sand.
