The top model among the innovative magped magnetic pedals is not only characterized by its elegant design and high-quality workmanship, thanks to the pedal body, which is CNC-milled from a magnesium block, and the titanium axle, the ULTRA2 is also incredibly light. With its universal orientation, it is also suitable for a variety of MTB disciplines as well as for use on gravel bikes.

The design corresponds to a flat pedal with 8 interchangeable pins on both platforms. There is a neodymium high-performance magnet on one of the sides, which is adjustable via a special integrated polymer suspension.

Advantages of magped magnetic pedals:

Round pedaling. The magped pedal enables a well-rounded pedal stroke, as both the extensor (70%) and flexor (30%) muscles of the leg are used evenly. This makes even longer bike tours a pure pleasure.

Simple positioning. The pedal allows the shoe to be turned slightly, thus protecting the joints when pedaling. The position can also be varied forwards and backwards without changing the traction force, making it easy to find the ideal position for both ascents and descents.

Easy removal. Depending on the magnet strength selected, the shoe is held magnetically on the pedal with up to 20 kg of pulling force. The pulling force acts mainly vertically and lateral detachment from the pedal is possible with almost no noticeable resistance. However, quick and easy release in critical situations directly upwards is also no problem.

Compatibility. The cleat made of special stainless steel can be fitted to any SPD-compatible cycling shoe with 2 screws in just a few minutes. Unlike other systems, dirt is no problem for the magped solution. In addition, the risk of tripping when walking is reduced and walking comfort is greatly improved.
