The medium-sized Bayreuth L bike pannier rear, in a briefcase format, is made of durable polyamide with a textile-like finish, is waterproof-sealed, and is completely PVC-free. A 15" laptop is well protected in the padded compartment; other A4 documents fit in the main compartment. The light-colored inner fabric offers a clear layout: a key holder, a padded cell phone compartment, pen holders, and a loop for attaching a water bottle complete the interior features.

The bag is mounted on and removed from the bike carrier (up to 16 mm in diameter) using the QMR hooks via the adjustable Plug and Ride mounting rail, making the process quick and easy. With a small u-lock (e.g., VAUDE TSA Combination Lock II, not included in the scope of delivery), the bike bag can be locked directly to the QMR hook. The small “feet” on the bottom ensure stability, and the bag can be comfortably carried on foot using the carrying handle or the well-padded shoulder strap. Reflective elements on the front and sides provide increased visibility.

The bike bag is manufactured at VAUDE’s headquarters in southern Germany using high-frequency welding technology, featuring a clean design and high-quality “Made in Germany” craftsmanship.
