The Rekon Race is the latest development of Maxxis and joins a long list of XC tires that have already won a World Cup race. The Rekon Race succeeded already as a prototype, almost a year before the series start with Nino Schurter in Mont Saint-Anne. This fast tire has a similar profile to the Allround XC tire Rekon, but with smaller and lower lugs. Use it on the rear along with a higher profile tire like the Rekon or Ikon on the front. Or front and rear for ShortTrack racing and light fast race courses.

Wide Trail | The Maxxis Wide Trail construction optimizes the tread layout and tire shape on current wider rims. The tires are optimized for an inner rim width of 35mm, but work excellent on all rims with an inner dimension of 30-39 mm.
