This hollow, 3D-printed Oversize gear system is 10% lighter than the aluminum version. The innovative printing technology gives them twice the durability. This product is an exclusive option designed for maximum strength and lower friction. The combination of 3D printed titanium and coated CeramicSpeed bearings results in the best shifting cogs in the world. Since the cogs are the fastest rotating bearings on the bike, this CeramicSpeed upgrade is the most effective way to save energy or improve your time.

In the version for SRAM Red/Force AXS derailleurs , the OSPW system has an upper gear cog with 15 teeth (guide pulley) and a lower gear cog with 19 teeth (tension pulley) to ensure maximum efficiency.

For even greater durability, both idler pulleys are equipped with coated ceramic bearings. Their entire running surfaces are coated with an extremely thin (2-3 microns) protective layer, which is 75% harder than hardened steel. This not only further reduces friction, but also makes the bearings less susceptible to contamination.

Oil-Slick - Look:

To achieve this unique coloration, the manufacturer has opted for an aluminum titanium nitride coating applied using a physical vaporization deposition (PVD) process. The color may vary from piece to piece as part of the PVD process.

Compatibility:

Rear derailleur:

• SRAM Red AXS and SRAM Force AXS.
• 2020 SRAM Red eTap 11-speed rear derailleur with Orbit clutch. This system is also compatible with large parts of SRAM Force AXS with medium cages.

Cassette:

• 12-speed 10-36 tooth cassettes.
• 11-speed coupled rear derailleurs for 11-32 tooth cassettes.

(Not suitable for SRAM RED, Force, or Rival XPLR eTap AXS rear derailleurs).

CeramicSpeed Coated products are covered by a lifetime warranty*. The unique coating formula is a metallic layer that covers the bearing rings, making them 75% harder than steel. This makes them extremely corrosion resistant and the coating provides even less friction than our standard bearings. Even if the bearing is contaminated with degreaser, water or mud, the risk of bearing failure due to corrosion is negligible if you choose the coated version.

* lifetime warranty covers all CeramicSpeed coated bearings and OSPW rear derailleur cages - and even retroactively to all products purchased on or after Jan. 1, 2021. The confidence in their own products should be passed on to the customers at this point. Products outside the new warranty terms will continue to be covered by a four-year warranty.
