Even on long hikes, the Tergolight Comfort Space carrying system ensures a high level of comfort. The back length and load positioning of the trekking backpack can be adjusted to fit your body size. It’s also gentle on your back: the cutout in the lower back area relieves pressure on the sacroiliac joint. The adjustable Ergoshape shoulder straps allow your arms plenty of freedom of movement and distribute the weight optimally, as does the comfortably padded hip belt.

The spacious main compartment of the Asymmetric 42+8 is accessible from both the top and the front—no more fumbling around. The trekking backpack’s elastic front pocket holds everything you need to have quickly at hand while on the go. Thanks to the front pocket’s optimized ventilation, even wet clothing dries here. The elastic side bags for a water bottle, camera, or energy bar are accessible without having to take the trekking backpack off. The backpack also performs well on alpine tours: ice axes and trekking poles can be attached to the gear loop, while crampons and other gear can be secured to the daisy chain.

Two compression straps on each side, plus one under the lid, help compress your gear. The upper strap features a spare buckle that can be used to replace a broken buckle on the backpack while you’re out and about. The lid, which includes an interior pocket, is height-adjustable, adding an additional 8 liters of volume.
