Backpack or bike bag? Both! The Cycle 28 is the ideal companion for commuters who want the bag to stay securely attached to their bike while riding, but then want to carry it as a backpack on trains, buses, or to campus. The bag attaches to the carrier via the QMR hooks, which can be locked (e.g., with a TSA lock; not included in the scope of delivery), and can be converted into a backpack in a flash. To do so, simply open the two vertical zippers and stow the entire attachment system in a compartment secured with Velcro. The conversion process is explained in a few simple steps on a sewn-in, easily removable label.

But this clever backpack-bike bag combination offers even more. With a main compartment of significantly larger size than that of its smaller sibling, the Cycle 20, it has room not only for A4 documents, a water bottle, and a snack but also for a change of clothes. A separate, zippered, padded compartment accommodates laptops up to 15.6". A compartment that spans the entire front opens diagonally and features a mesh organizer for a cell phone, key, and wallet. Above this compartment is an additional flat mesh pocket for quickly stowing magazines or wet clothes. 

Two side compression straps, a helmet holder, and reflective elements seamlessly integrated into the design round out the comfort features. The outer fabric is water- and stain-repellent.
