3-layer swimming board with double hand strap that can be used by all swimmers for swimming exercises.

The 3 different buoyancy layers are suitable for all ability levels and can be easily changed to perform a wide range of swimming exercises. The Stroke Float provides buoyancy for single arm exercises and lateral leg stroke exercises. These exercises help to develop the swimmer's core strength in the water, improve full reach and full extension (distance per stroke) and improve overall technique.

The Stroke Float can also be used for normal crawling by holding it with two arms outstretched and the hands in the middle straps. The center straps hold the swimmer's hands in place so there is no need to grip the float as would be the case with a normal kickboard.

Gripping the top or bottom of the float causes the swimmer to tense up, resulting in less buoyancy and loss of balance in the water. Children and adults can use the kickboard to improve their balance.
