The Schwalbe Shredda is perfect for soft terrain and literally sucks itself onto the ground. The Schwalbe Shredda has a radial carcass, which enables a larger contact area and filters out unevenness significantly through punctual deformation. The carcass threads, which run diagonally across the tire at an angle of 45° in conventional bicycle tires, are arranged at a much more obtuse angle in radial tires. This technology opens up completely new dimensions in the function of bicycle tires.
