The drive unit must not be repaired if one of the following points applies:

→ If the eBike has a coaster brake.

→ BDU2XX drive units with the following TTNR (see type plate on motor):

• Bearing pin with rubber collar sleeve and protective washer
• Repair instructions
• Service kit felt ring BDU2XX
• Bearing with bearing protection ring and bearing protection grease is pre-assembled

The cover may only be replaced by qualified specialists!
In the event of incorrect or improper replacement, grease or dirt particles in particular can get into the inside of the drive, which in turn can lead to a short circuit or failure of the freewheels or a blockage of the drive. This can also result in the drive leaking.
Failure to replace the cover correctly can therefore result in damage to property and personal injury!
