6d Sports Nutrition Ultra Gel - Carbohydrate Gel - 70ml

This high-dose carbohydrate gel with additional sodium was specially developed for competitive athletes who perform (ultra) endurance feats of at least 2.5 hours and are aiming for a carbohydrate intake of 90 - 120 g per hour.

How to use

Use 1-2 gels per hour of sport, depending on the duration and intensity of the sport and the combination with other carbohydrate-rich products. Due to the high concentration of carbohydrates (sugars) and sodium, it is recommended to always use 6d Ultra Gels in combination with water to ensure good absorption and minimize the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort.
