Powerful in a slim design

The SON 29 S is so slim and narrow that you would hardly expect to find a dynamo in it. Thanks to the optimized design of the generator, the standardized nominal data of 6 volts / 3 watts is already achieved at a comparatively low speed and thus also meets the StVZO specifications for 29" bikes. This enables the intelligent charging electronics to deliver a particularly high level of power.

The spoking technology with straight-pull spokes is ideal for the ratio of stiffness and load capacity to weight. The disk side is spoked tangentially, the connection side radially. Two versions are available with an equal (16/16) and unequal (16/8) number of spokes.

The GR 531 is made for off-road adventures. The aluminum gravel rim with a rim width of 24 mm is designed for studded tires up to 53 mm wide. Torsion-resistant and durable, the welded rim offers a wide range of gravel riding applications.

The Sapim Race is a light and stable butted spoke for a wide range of applications. Butted spokes from Sapim offer two decisive advantages: they are lighter and yet stronger. A special cold forging process preserves the linear molecular structure of the material and increases the strength of the thinner center section by at least 48%.
