Large volume, fast rolling, 3C Triple Compound compound - the IKON brings exemplary performance in a wide range of ground conditions, on hard to loose soils, on rocks and roots, even when it is wet. This IKON with EXO Protection is especially suited for very rough, rocky terrain. The low extra weight reliably protects the sidewalls against tearing.

• MaxxSpeed Maxxis fastest 3C compound for XC and some AllMountain / Enduro tires is designed by the hard substructure and the fast compound in the middle of the tread on the lowest rolling resistance, but offers with the grippy compound on the sides in addition superior grip in corners, even in wet conditions. Typical MAXXIS is also the very long life.
• In the TR (Tubeless-Ready) tire bead is applied to complete length of a rubber layer. Thus, the tubeless mounting is successful with all rims that comply with the standard dimensions, with the first inflation and with little liquid.
• EXO Protection is an extremely cut and abrasion resistant material, which protects the sidewall. It is very tightly woven, lightweight and very flexible. Thus, the performance of the tire remains unchanged convincingly good.
• Weight (+/- 10%) according to the manufacturer: 740g (29x2.35) & 640g (29x2.20) - The weight.

Note: Tubeless Ready tires require tubeless compatible rims/wheels, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing fluid for tubeless mounting. Sealant fluid is not required for tubeless UST tires, but is recommended for increased puncture protection. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
