The RD/FIFTY DRS 28 inch wheelset accompanies you in your competitions with a 50 mm high carbon rim. DRS - Dual Ratchet System

DRS (Dual Ratchet System) ensures a particularly durable, consistent and fast-engaging hub.

• System: Two disk-shaped and multi-tooth gear rings mesh all around. As a result, the contact surface is significantly larger than with conventional freewheel systems (six times as large as with conventional 3-pawl systems with 27 teeth). This ensures a more direct and stable transmission of kinetic energy. The clean, durable and efficient system is easy to maintain and service.
• Cassette body: Thanks to the modular design, you can easily replace cassette bodies of different specifications with just two 17 mm wrenches.
• Compatibility: The 18/36 tooth rings can be replaced directly without additional components. This intuitive design allows for simple and straightforward functional adjustment.
• Springs: After 500,000 fatigue tests, the springs continue to perform stably and reliably. Our springs offer you safety and longevity in terms of the ratchet's engagement performance.

The wheelset is intended for use on road bikes (category 1). Use on unsuitable bikes (e.g., tandem, MTB) is strongly discouraged. Improper use of the wheelset can lead to life-threatening injuries.
