The Amacx Turbo Drink replenishes your energy stores during a long workout that demands a lot from your body. This drink contains 40 grams of carbohydrates per serving. Thanks to the right ratio of glucose and fructose (1:0.8) in this drink, your body can absorb the carbohydrates without stomach and intestinal problems.

How to use

The Turbo Drink can be used before, during or after sport. The sports drink can be mixed in 2 doses, 40 grams of carbohydrates or 80 grams of carbohydrates:

• Turbo Drink with 40g of carbohydrates: Mix 42g of the powder (1 level scoop) with 500ml of water. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use.
• Turbo Drink with 80g carbohydrates: Mix 84g of the powder (2 convex measuring spoons) with 500ml of water. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use.

Drink 1 bottle per hour during exercise. Usage depends on your personal carbohydrate and fluid requirements. Use the above options to decide how many bars and/or gels you eat per hour. It is also possible to replace 500 ml of water with 750 ml; in this case, the amount of carbohydrate in a bottle remains the same. In this case, make sure that you continue to empty 1 water bottle per hour so as not to jeopardize your nutrition strategy.
