Contents of the BLACKROLL BACK BOX:

• BLACKROLL® MED: With the 30 cm long fascia roller for the back, you can effectively release tension and adhesions in your muscles and fascia. The MED massage roller is made of a softer material and is therefore particularly suitable for gentle self-massage on the lower and upper back.
• BLACKROLL® BALL 12: You can use the fascia ball with a diameter of 12 cm for circular massages. The smaller contact surface compared to the fascia roll allows you to work deeper into the tissue during self-massage and thus dissolve even stubborn tension.
• BLACKROLL® TRIGGER: Tension can lie very deep. With the trigger tool, you can release deep-seated tension and fascial adhesions in a very targeted and precise manner. Easy to use on the wall or on the floor. For use by hand, you can combine the trigger with the handle supplied. The handle sits comfortably in the hand and relieves pressure on the fingers during use.
• BLACKROLL® SUPER BAND: Self-massage alone is usually not enough to achieve lasting pain relief. The training band (104 cm) is suitable for targeted strengthening exercises and for supporting stretching positions. You can use the band to lengthen shortened tissue and strengthen the muscles. The band is made from skin-friendly textile material.
