Why MIX90 with "double" carbohydrates?

During intense exercise, carbohydrates are the body's primary source of energy, and more can be absorbed per hour if they come from multiple transportable sources: in this case maltodextrin and fructose (converted to glucose in the liver). MIX90 contains this dual-carb system to give you that little bit extra when you need it most.

How does caffeine help?

Caffeine is a well-known stimulant that increases alertness, reduces perceived effort and pain, and helps you stay focused on the task ahead. How much caffeine you require depends on how much you weigh and your tolerance of caffeine. Some trial and error will be necessary.

What is L-Glutamine?

During endurance training, the concentration of ammonia in the blood increases, which leads to fatigue. L-glutamine reduces this build-up, reduces fatigue and improves performance.

Why do I need electrolytes?

For activities lasting longer than 60 minutes - or in hot conditions - it is important to use electrolytes for hydration. Dehydration increases the consumption of muscle glycogen and decreases blood volume and digestive function, none of which are conducive to endurance activities. MIX60 helps to replace the electrolytes lost with sweat. Water alone can cause bloating, reduce the desire to drink and not properly replace fluids.

How to use

Add sachet to 500 ml of water and shake until dissolved. Can be used before, during or after a competition or training session. Do not consume more than 3 sachets per day.
