The new Crankbrothers Synthesis 2.0 rims are made for the toughest DH tracks and e-bike requirements. The rims are now made of ultra durable and strength 6069 aluminium. That ensures increased ultimate tensile, yield tensile, fatigue strength and shear strength compared with 6013 aluminium. With new optimized rim profile, reinforced sidewalls and narrower internal width. The new rim shape geometry improves pinch flat protection. The thicker, tapered rim wall on the rear wheel enables improved impact strength and stiffness. The lighter, tapered wall on the front wheel ensures more compliance.
