ACROS Blocklock Headset Lower Part 150° - 1.5 Inches - ZS56/40

The semi-integrated ACROS headset lower section uses the innovative Block Lock steering stop system (steering angle: 150°). The steering stop protection integrated into the headset helps to prevent frame damage caused by the handlebars hitting the top tube or the fork hitting the down tube of the frame. This makes it ideal for sensitive and expensive carbon frames in particular. It also ensures that the cables and wires are not overstressed in the event of a fall. Cut-outs in the upper bearing shell accommodate a pin on the headset cover, which mechanically limits the steering angle and dampens the force applied to the stops with elastomers.
