La Sportiva Aequilibrium ST GTX Approach Shoes Men - Black/Yellow
Aequilibrium ST GTX is a lightweight mountain boot for technical excursions, ideal for via ferrata, trekking, glacier crossings and changeable terrain. Maximum comfort thanks to the tongue with integrated bellows construction and the soft snow guard on the protective collar. Excellent walking properties thanks to the innovative Double Heel™ heel construction: the very distinctive geometry with double heel construction improves braking properties when walking downhill and enables smoother rolling behavior to protect the muscles.
Durability and lightness harmonize perfectly thanks to the new sole/midsole unit with external Rubber Guard™ shell construction and internal foam for more cushioning and lightness thanks to fewer layers of rubber. The shape is ergonomics: enveloping and precise, with integrated TPU shells at the toe and heel and to reinforce the upper. The 3D Flex System Evo™ rotation with molded ankle and abrasion-resistant protection allows for better step control and perfect ankle mobility.
The gaiter for lacing at the toe protects against abrasion. The midsole is compatible with semi-automatic crampons and the Vibram® SpringLug Tech outsole with Impact Brake System lugs ensures better adaptation to hard rock surfaces. Mountaineering in perfect harmony.
