The Patagonia® Men's Nano Puff® Vest is warm, windproof, water-repellent and offers lightweight, compressible insulation to keep you warm and packable. A slim, low bulk vest that you can easily layer over another layer.

Highlights of the Patagonia Nano Puff® Vest for men

  • Lightweight ripstop fabric made from recycled polyester with a durable water-repellent DWR finish without the use of PFAS to keep out light showers
  • PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco made from recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology has an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio and keeps you warm even when wet
  • Brick quilting and horizontal side seams as well as robust seams with durable, abrasion-resistant thread stabilize the insulation for longer durability
  • Improved fit in the shoulder and armhole area for greater mobility and comfort
  • Revised and longer cut for more comfort when layering
  • Front zipper with inner wind flap and slider cover on the chin for best skin comfort
  • Two zippered hand warmer pockets with slider cover
  • One zippered chest pocket inside, which also serves as a pack bag and has a reinforced carabiner loop
  • The drawcord-adjustable hem, which is longer at the back, retains heat
  • Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory

Details of the Patagonia Nano Puff® Vest for men

The Nano Puff® Vest was designed for climbers who need weatherproof, lightweight, packable synthetic insulation that will keep them warm when wet and withstand the rigors of many years of use. Since then, these features have made the vest an absolute midlayer favorite for almost any outdoor activity. With an improved fit for greater freedom of movement, 60 g/m² PrimaLoft® Gold Eco insulation made from 100% recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology and an outer fabric and lining made from recycled polyester.
