Salewa Ortles TirolWool Air Hooded Jacket Men - willow 8260

The Ortles TirolWool® Air insulation jacket combines sustainable Tyrolean wool with partially recycled polyester. The hollow fibers of the material can absorb air and thus store body heat, which gives the jacket a very low weight combined with high bulk and insulation properties. The material also offers high thermal performance even when damp. Inserts made from our weatherproof Powertex® material on the hood, shoulders, upper arms and cuffs provide additional protection against abrasion.

The features are also designed for alpine activities: The helmet-compatible hood protects you in wind and weather, the two-way front zipper allows you to access your belay device, the two mesh inner pockets stow small items and the adjustable cuffs with Velcro fastener and thumb loop can be easily pulled over winter gloves.
