Marin present one of the best enduro mountain bikes on the market: the brand new Alpine Trail. No, not just rehashed versions of previous models, but completely new bikes built on Marin's most advanced and adaptable frame yet.

The Series 4 Aluminum MultiTrac 2 LT frame comes with mullet tires (front 29"/rear 27.5" wheels), 170mm travel front and 160mm rear and is extremely adaptable. Riders can change the head tube angle and the height of the bottom bracket or the chainstay length, and use 29" rear wheels if required. The downtube surprises with a storage box aka "Bear Box" and contains a zippered nylon bag for trail essentials. The seatpost has been reinforced to 34.9mm and is compatible with the latest retractable seatposts.

XR" means "eXtra wheel" here at Marin, and like all XR models that preceded the new Alpine Trail, this model was designed for the more demanding rider. The bike is equipped with high-quality RockShox Ultimate-Level suspension elements, the wireless SRAM GX Eagle AXS 12-speed drivetrain and SRAM Code Bronze 4-piston brakes with 203mm brake rotors.
