Whether you're on an icefall, on touring skis or on an exposed rock face, the Ascendor Summit Hoodie insulates, breathes with you and protects you from cold winds. Its body-mapped materials effectively regulate your body temperature: the highly breathable and moisture-wicking PrimaLoft® Evolve lining is located at the front and back, while the chest, shoulders and upper arms are additionally protected by wind-resistant Pertex® Quantum Air outer material.

Thermic™ G with a soft grid structure has been placed in areas where minimum volume and maximum freedom of movement are required - i.e. on the forearms, sides and hood. The result is active insulation that adapts to any vertical mission: from climbing and mountaineering in winter to ski touring.

Features of the Rab Ascendor Summit Hoodies for men

  • Active PrimaLoft® Evolve insulation regulates body temperature by keeping you warm and highly breathable.
  • Pertex® Quantum Air has been placed in areas where additional wind protection is beneficial.
  • The thin hood, which is worn under the helmet, is lined with a soft grid fleece and has an additional wind-repellent outer material on the ears and chin.
  • Store important items for the ascent in the zippered chest pocket or the two side pockets.
  • The cuffs are equipped with a comfortable, elasticated waistband and the integrated thumb loops ensure that nothing slips when climbing.
  • YKK® VISLON® zipper in the center front.
  • Full-length flatlock seams for improved comfort.
  • The lower hem provides more warmth in the lower back area.
