How to use

The use of 02 During depends on the duration and intensity of your workout:

• Less than 1 hour: the body normally has sufficient glycogen stores for activities under 1 hour, so additional carbohydrate intake is not required. However, for high-intensity sessions (zone 4/5) you should use 02 During. Make sure to drink water when needed.
• 1 - 2 hours: During this period you should consume 45 grams of carbohydrate per hour, which equates to 1 unit per hour. Keep hydrated and replace electrolytes if necessary.
• 2+ hours: For longer endurance activities, you should consume two units or 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour.

How to use:

• The gel is consumed as is.
• Depending on the duration of your training or race, taking it every hour is easy:
  • <2 hour workout: 1 unit per hour (45 g per hour)
  • >2 hours training: 2 units per hour (90 g per hour)
