Prologo Dimension R2 AGX Slide Control Saddle - Nack - anthracite

The Dimension R2 AGX is the new gravel version of Prologo's flat V-shaped saddle. This new model, specially designed for riding on dirt roads, has all the improvements of the Dimension R2, the top of the range of one of the most popular saddle series in recent years.
AGX, short for Adventure - Gravel - Ciclocross, is the line of ergonomic saddles for gravel and all-road bikes designed to ensure the right balance between performance and comfort on any terrain, even over long distances. Compared to traditional models, the AGX saddles have a more flexible base made of new generation materials and an additional 2 mm thick padding made of low-density foam. These features ensure better absorption of shocks and vibrations without compromising or impairing power transmission, even when riding on unpaved trails.

Anatomical shape

The V-shape of the Dimension R2 AGX ensures less freedom of movement and more precise positioning on the saddle surface. The advanced anatomical center makes it easier to sit in the front part of the saddle. The flat anatomical shape of this saddle, which favors an even more forward and aerodynamics position in the saddle, makes it ideal for people with excellent pelvic flexibility. The Dimension R2 AGX has a completely redesigned tip with a width of 40 mm, which is 30% wider than the previous model and has a more rounded side profile. The new design has been developed to further increase the comfort of the saddle, especially during phases of maximum power transfer to the pedals.

Technologies

Prologo's 3D Slide Control technology improves the cyclist's grip and stability and helps them to maintain the correct position on the saddle, even off-road. The PAS (Perineal Area System) channel in the center of the saddle was developed to prevent pressure peaks and numbness. Thanks to the 2 mm reinforced padding, even longer and uneven unpaved routes can be mastered comfortably.

Base and rail

The rail is made of Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber), a mixture of carbon fiber, Kevlar and aluminum filaments, ideal for cyclists looking for maximum stiffness and lightness. The base is made of long fiber carbon for Nack rails. This material offers an excellent compromise between stiffness and comfort.
