The Nago R4 PAS AGX is a semi-circular T-shaped saddle that complements Prologo's AGX saddle range. The gravel version of the legendary Nago R4. AGX, short for Adventure - Gravel - Cyclocross, is the series of ergonomic saddles for gravel and all-road bikes designed to strike the right balance between performance and comfort on any surface, even over long distances. Compared to conventional models, the AGX saddles have a more flexible base made of new generation materials and an additional 2 mm thick padding made of low-density foam. These features ensure better absorption of shocks and vibrations without compromising or impairing power transmission, even when riding on unpaved roads.

Anatomical shape

The characteristic T-shape of this saddle offers more freedom of movement and better positioning and ensures comfort and protection in the friction areas. The rearward offset anatomical center allows cyclists to vary their position easily and use the entire length of the saddle. The semi-circular anatomical shape of the Nago R4 AGX provides good additional support for the lumbar area and also helps people with limited pelvic mobility to maintain a stable position.

Technologies

The Multi Sector System comprises different mapped and separate areas on the saddle, each consisting of different interactive foams and separate single cell padding. Prologo's 3D Slide Control technology improves the cyclist's grip and stability, helping them to maintain the correct position on the saddle, even when riding off-road. The central PAS (Perineal Area System) channel prevents pressure peaks and numbness and promotes blood circulation. The ergonomic design and variable density foams eliminate pressure points in the perineal area.

Base plates and splints

The splint is made of Tirox (light metal alloy) with excellent vibration damping. The base is made of injection-molded carbon for Tirox rails. This material offers an excellent compromise between stiffness and comfort.
