The Scratch M5 PAS AGX Slide Control is the innovative, wide and gravel-specific version of the legendary round saddle from Prologo. AGX stands for Adventure - Gravel - Cyclocross and is a line of ergonomic saddles specially designed for the gravel and all-road world. They offer the ideal balance between performance and comfort on any terrain - even over long distances. Compared to conventional models, AGX saddles have a more flexible base made from the latest generation of materials and an additional 2 mm of low-density foam padding. These features ensure better shock and vibration absorption without restricting or impairing power transmission, even off-road.

Anatomical shape

The characteristic T-shape of this saddle (250 x 147 mm) offers more freedom of movement and better positioning and provides comfort and protection in the friction areas. The rearward offset anatomical center allows cyclists to vary their position easily and use the entire length of the saddle. The round anatomical shape of the Scratch M5 AGX provides additional support for the lumbar area and also helps people with limited pelvic mobility to maintain a stable position. The Scratch M5 AGX 147 is characterized by a wider seat and thicker padding for more comfort. It is the perfect choice for those with a wider pelvis or for those who need better weight distribution. The Scratch M5 AGX 147 has 5 mm thicker foam padding than the standard version.

Technologies

The Multi Sector System includes different mapped and separate areas on the saddle, each consisting of different interactive foams and separate single cell padding. Prologo's 3D Slide Control technology improves the rider's grip and stability and helps them maintain the correct position on the saddle, even when riding off-road. The central PAS (Perineal Area System) channel prevents pressure peaks and numbness and promotes blood circulation. The ergonomic design and variable density foams eliminate pressure points in the perineal area.

Base and rails

The rails are made of Tirox (light metal alloy) with excellent vibration damping. The base is made of injection-molded carbon for Tirox rails. These materials offer an excellent compromise between stiffness and comfort.
