The compact, multi-discipline saddle, measuring 245 x 143 mm, has been designed for both professionals and demanding enthusiasts and is aimed at riders looking for maximum performance and premium-level components.

Anatomical shape

The V-shaped design of the Dimension R2 minimizes unwanted movements and ensures a precise riding position. The anatomical center point is shifted forward, allowing the rider to sit comfortably further forward. The flat anatomical profile promotes a more forward and aerodynamic riding position, making it ideal for riders with high pelvic flexibility.

Technologies

CPC is applied to the covers of high-performance saddles and consists of a special 3D tapered polymer coating that provides significantly improved vibration absorption, improved grip and more stability in the saddle. Thanks to its nanostructure, this unique technology reduces muscle fatigue and promotes air circulation, thereby lowering the temperature in the contact area.

The Dimension R2 features a completely redesigned nose, which is now 40 mm wide - 30% wider than the previous model - and has a more rounded side profile. This new design has been developed to further improve comfort, especially during intensive pedaling. The PAS (Perineal Area System) is an open central channel that eliminates pressure peaks and numbness, improving circulation and comfort.

By using a new EVA foam, Prologo was able to reduce the thickness of the rear padding by 1 mm, which corresponds to a reduction of 20% compared to the previous model. This weight reduction was achieved without sacrificing support and comfort.

Base and rail

The rail is available in two versions:

Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber): made of carbon fiber, Kevlar and aluminum filaments, perfect for those looking for maximum stiffness and lightness.

Tirox (light alloy): excellent vibration damping and excellent weight/strength ratio.

The base is made of long carbon fiber for the naked-rail version and injected carbon fiber for the Tirox-rail version - materials that ensure an ideal balance between stiffness and comfort.
