With Rab's Veil 6 running vest with a capacity of 6 liters, you won't run out of energy or water even on the biggest mountain challenge. It is perfect for long distances in mountainous terrain and offers storage space for water, snacks or other essentials. Nevertheless, the vest feels like a piece of clothing and not like luggage.

Details

The mono-mesh fabric of the vest runs in different directions and has side inserts made of stretch material. This gives the body support, reduces bounce and contours the body. At the same time, you have full freedom of movement when you're running towards your next summit. It is figure-hugging, lightweight and extremely breathable. The vest is 50 % lighter and absorbs 70 % less water than comparable spacer mesh items. So when the going gets steep, moisture is kept to a minimum. Thanks to the fully adjustable sternum system, the vest fits perfectly without adding unnecessary weight.

The Veil 6 is also great for storing liquids: Two 500 ml hydration bladders (included) are stored at the front and a large compartment at the back offers space for a 2 liter hydration bladder (not included) and necessary layers of clothing. Secure pockets with ultra-lightweight zippers are ideal for safely storing your keys or map, and additional large stretch pockets allow quick access to snacks or gels. Poles can be attached with an elastic cord when not in use.

The Veil 6 is impregnated with a completely fluorocarbon-free DWR coating and allows you to keep on running and avoid any unnecessary grams.
