This increases ground contact, grip as well as shock absorption on poor road surfaces. Soft, natural rubber treads are combined with lightweight, flexible puncture protection.

Handcrafted natural rubber - Smart hardness | Challenge's handcrafted natural rubber profiles are composed to offer the perfect level of durability without compromising performance, comfort, and control. Challenge tires wear 10-20% faster than the competition, but score points with significantly improved performance and a noticeably better riding experience throughout their entire service life. Depending on requirements, the tires are available with different levels of rubber softness.

SuperPoly | Polyester is used to produce inexpensive, handmade carcasses. The fabric used here has a significantly higher TPI number for more flexibility with enormous durability.

PPS (Puncture Protection System) | This puncture protection system consists of a fabric layer between the tread and the carcass. PPS significantly increases the resistance of the tire to punctures and thus offers maximum reliability.
