The material is very robust and can withstand occasional contact with bushes, branches or rocks. Stretch inserts and an internal waistband adjustment ensure an optimal fit and plenty of freedom of movement when pedaling.
The women's short cycling shorts have a longer cut at the back - so the sensitive kidney area is well protected. Speaking of protection: the inner pants come with the new VAUDE T-Pad - a seat pad that has been specially tailored for a more upright riding position and a wide variety of terrain types. And if the ride turns out to be shorter and the backpack stays at home, the two open pockets or the zippered pocket on the left leg can easily accommodate the most important accessories such as a smartphone and emergency wallet.
