Topeak HandleBar Rack Front Carrier

The TOPEAK HANDLEBAR RACK is an elegant carrier made of sturdy yet lightweight aluminum for mounting on handlebars. It is screwed onto the handlebars for a particularly stable and twist-proof attachment. The height can be adjusted to the bike in two positions. Bags or other items can be secured quickly and easily using the included expander.
