When Paul suggested to bring back the classic 100% Pure Paul cranks, but with a 3-bolt Direct Mount chainring spline and integrated crank extractor bolts, his team was excited. When he suggested a J.I.S square taper for the bottom bracket... really? It's 2025.

Sounds crazy, but funny thing happened; as soon as the prototype got tested, the team realized the various possibilities of fine-tuning the Q-Factor and chainstay clearance by mixing BB spindle length and chainring offsets.
