We give the remaining time for the receipt of the order in hours and minutes exactly. DHL Express deliveries may take longer depending on the postal code of the delivery address. As soon as the postal code is given, the exact parcel delivery time for this delivery address will be calculated. If you are logged in via your account, we will use the postcode of your standard delivery address to calculate the DHL Express parcel delivery time.
Should your order include several items with different delivery times, then shipping will start as soon as all items are available for dispatch at BIKE24. Should you choose "cash in advance" as method of payment, the delivery time is extended, since the shipping process will not start before the actual receipt of payment.
The notification "not deliverable" means the item is out of stock and there is no reliable information about its availability. In this case we recommend to consider alternative items from the BIKE24 product range. More regarding terms of delivery.
