Delivery, shipping companies and delivery times
Bike24 ships from Monday to Friday. We only ship when all items in an order are ready to ship. Partial deliveries can only be arranged with our Customer Service Team. Choosing the payment method "Cash in advance" extends the delivery time. We will only ship your order when the full amount has been payed to our account and can be confirmed by our accounting department.
Shipments outside of Germany
The displayed delivery times refer to shipments within Germany. Delivery times depend on the country orders are being shipped to. Please refer to the following table for the approximated delivery time extension.

Your orders will be shipped, regardless of the country of destination and, depending on the volume, size and weight by either the carrier German Post DHL, the German parcel carrier DPD or UPS. The preferred carrier of Bike24 for shipments to private persons within Germany is the German Post DHL. Should you prefer one or the other of these carriers for your shipment, please indicate this preference to our service team by phone or e-mail in time before placing your order. Deliveries of bulky goods, such as, for example, complete bicycles, will be handled by specially selected forwarders.
Upon request we will be glad to forward your order to one of the numerous packing stations operated by Deutsche Post DHL. Should you not yet be registered as a packing station customer, you need to register one-time only online at www.dhl.de. Please, always specify the DHL Post Number for shipments to a packing station.
If you receive a damaged packet please inform us as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 days.
Change requests, bundling of orders
Subsequent changes of existing orders or bundling of several orders is possible prior to the time of shipment. The Bike24 service team will do its utmost to fulfil your change requests, if it can still be done. Several orders can be bundled upon your explicit request only.
