The Salsa Cowchipper offers comfort, control and efficiency for long days in the saddle, whether on the road, plowing through mixed surfaces or overcoming gaps in the ground. While the Cowchipper bears some resemblance to a traditional road handlebar, its radical 24° flare in the drops dramatically increases leverage, stability and comfort.
