The TIME WARP TT frame set features the race-proven aerodynamics of the previous generation, but sometimes you have to look in the less obvious places for that decisive advantage. That’s why Merida has added space for an integrated disc brake, more tire clearance, and improved comfort—all while maintaining the bike’s already impressive weight and outstanding aerodynamics.

Reliable braking power and improved modulation in all weather conditions can make all the difference in a race when every fraction of a second counts. The switch to disc brakes also allows for the installation of tires with a width up to 28 mm, which further reduces rolling resistance and improves traction, enabling the rider to maintain their hard-earned speed. This also provides additional comfort—an aspect that the time trial community doesn’t typically prioritize; however, the wider road bike scene has begun to recognize the benefits of reduced fatigue for maximizing performance.
